First Class Adventure

Our goal with the First Class Adventure program is to teach your scouts the skills they need to reach the First Class rank. Every morning during merit badge time, you'll be learning Scout skills needed to progress to the First Class rank. We cover everything from fire building to water safety.

Adult Leader Support

At least one adult leader from each unit with Scouts enrolled in First Class Adventure must attend alongside the Scouts to help Scouts practice skills and to work continuously with them throughout the week.

We don't sign off on your scouts requirements as the Scout Book specifically mentions that a Unit Leader should do so. The accompanying adult leader will be able to assist in this effort. Additionally, once Scouts spend a week in First Class Adventure, they will be able to show you the skills and get their requirements signed off in a jiffy!
